60 Days Returns
We have a 60 days return policy - No question asked.
If you want to return your order, just let us know by email:
firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number.
Please contact us within 60 days after your package has been delivered. We will use the tracking information to determine the delivery date.
Please make sure the item is in exactly the same condition (unused) that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some items are not eligible returns:
- Seasonal goods
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Health and personal care items
Our return address is located in Queensland
Return postage is made at your cost. However, we are pleased to compensate you for the cost of the return shipping fee with a store credit of up to $10.
Please note that we are not liable for any parcel lost during its return shipment.
Returning Faulty Products
In the rare case that a product becomes faulty or you receive a product with defects, you are entitled to request a replacement within 60 days of receiving the item.
In the first instance, please provide photo/video evidence of the product's manufacturing defects via email at email@example.com
Don't forget to also include the following information:
Your order number
The name and email address used to place the order
If your claim is valid, we will deliver a replacement to you free of charge.
